The first step towards your Fast Trek Fitness journey is to book a FREE in-person or online/telephone consultation. From there, we will discuss your current fitness level, eating habits, obstacles and objections (time, availability, injuries, level of experience etc) as well as go into detail regarding your short term/ long term fitness goals. The final step is to proceed to scheduling your first Personal Training session.
Absolutely not! Many of our clients already have a monthly gym membership or prefer home workouts/ outdoor training.

The answer is yes. Physical activity is very safe for MOST people but prior to your first appointment it is important to be aware of any possible risks of exercising based on your health history, current symptoms, and risk factors. It also can help us create an ideal exercise prescription for a client.
The downloadable Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire From (PAR-Q+) and Waiver, Release & Assumption of Risk Form will be emailed to you and asked to be filled out either online or in-person prior to your first workout.
Your initial Personal Training appointment will consist of calculating your current body composition, weight and measurements.
From there, we will progress into a 5-10 minute warmup where we will outline the focus of the workout as well as to review your PAR-Q+ answers that were filled out prior to the session.
Upon completion, we will go through a basic fitness assessment to determine if there are any muscle imbalance issues, level of flexibility /range of motion (ROM), posture analysis as well as an informative muscular endurance and strength test.
Once we have determined a baseline, we will continue into the designed program based on your current level of fitness and goals that were discussed in the initial consultation.
After our first session is complete, we will schedule you for your following workout!
All exercise sessions are 60-minutes long and include a warm-up, individualized workout and assisted stretching. Just don't forget to bring a water bottle and a positive attitude.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in! We recommend hiring a personal trainer for a minimum of 2-3x per week to achieve maximum results.
No problem! All we ask is that you provide 24 hours notice for cancelation to avoid being charged the session rate. Depending on the situation, we can always make exceptions to reschedule the date or time accordingly without a fee.
All Personal Training packages purchased will have a 6 week expiry date from the beginning of your initial workout session. We do this to establish accountability as well as to have our clients stay committed to achieve their results as quickly as possible.
Referrals are the highest compliment we can receive! We offer a reward system for clients who refer their friends, family members or co-workers to join our fitness trek.
Making a payment has never been easier! Personal Training clients may pay by Cash, E-Transfer or Visa . We offer quick and easy transactions through Square which will generate our clients with a digital invoice as well friendly reminders of up coming renewals.
